Recommendation: Well… where should I start? once again, a book has left me speechless! Genuine Fraud is a very bizarre, and entertaining read. I have never read a book written in reverse-chronological order, and to be honest I don’t think I ever want to do it again. But I do believe it worked well with this novel. Essentially, the book is being told backwards. It starts with the main character, Jules, and she is in the middle of a huge mess. But how did she get there? So the writing style allows the reader to slowly uncover the truth, and connect it to the result as the book progresses. The only thing that disappointed me was the ending. After such a mysterious plot, the ending seemed very underwhelming and left me unsatisfied. I would recommend this novel to the ages of 15-18.
